Camp Relfection

On camp i got the opportunity to develop my skill on endurance and composure. I got to develop these things on the massive hike that my walking group did on the second day. They were not connected to my learning goals but i was surprised with myself that i was able to keep composed throughout the whole hike. The highlights of the camp was definitely the caving and just being able to hang out with friends and teachers outside of class. There wasn’t really any personal challenges that i overcame mainly because i knew i could do everything, it was really just about whether i could do it without making a fuss. I don’t think that i will carry any of the highlights into other areas of my life except if i go caving again. I think my view of the Yarra has changed heaps in the way that i never knew it was or could be that clear, mainly because the only part of the Yarra i have seen is in the CBD and it’s pretty filthy. So knowing how clean and clear it is upper stream definitely change my view on it. I think my key message in my campaign would just showing people what it could look like and what the CBD’s Yarra looks like and ask them which one they want.

    Hey Zhan!

You were so great to have on camp, so I am really glad that you had a great time with all your friends. You we all a lot of fun! Did you find caving challenging at all? Is it something you would look forward to doing again?

I am really pleased that camp allowed you an opportunity to think differently about the water you drink. Pretty cool. Despoina.
